A shocking incident from Kerala has surfaced in which the body of a 2-day-old baby girl was flushed down the toilet at a doctor’s clinic. Her body was recovered last week when the plumbers were called in to take care of the clogged toilet.
The incident occurred in Kerala’s Palakkad district.

According to media reports, Dr Abdul Rehman was informed about the clog by his maid on Friday in his clinic’s toilet.
He called the plumbers who noticed something which looked like a ball while trying to clear the blockage. They were left shocked after discovering that it was the body of an infant. The police was immediately informed once the body of the baby was recovered.
The records of all the patients, who visited the clinic recently, are being checked. It is, reportedly, being suspected that her parents came to the clinic on the pretext of consultation and flushed the baby.
Investigation in the matter is currently underway.
