A 20-year-old woman was allegedly gangraped by four men in Binjharpur area in Jajpur district of Odisha.
The woman has alleged that she was drugged and gangraped for 12 days by four men at different locations, the police said.
While one of the accused, identified as Guria Sethy, was arrested on Thursday by the police, three others are absconding.

Police said the woman fell in love with a youth, identified as Gopinath Behera of her locality a couple of months ago. Guria Sethy, who happens to be a distant relative of the victim, had mediated the marriage between Gopinath and the woman. However, Behera and the woman eloped on June 9.
As per the complaint filed with the police, Gopinath took the victim to a house in Jajpur and raped her there. Later, Guria joined him and she was gangraped for two days. Later, the duo took the woman to Bhubaneswar, where she was gangraped by two other men identified as Kabula Malik and Saroj.
She managed to escape on Tuesday evening and was rescued by her family members from a place in Bhubaneswar.
They later approached the police and filed a complaint. “We have recorded the statement of the victim and a case has been registered in this connection. One person has been arrested and search is on for the three other accused,” police said.
