HC sets up VBU experts panel to vet questions of 2017 TET exam
A section of the examinees alleged that 21 wrong questions were set for the examinees of 2017 TET at the Single Bench of justice Rajasekhar Mantha today.
The High Court of Himachal Pradesh has directed Chief Secretary to issue strict guidelines to the authorities concerned in the field to redress the genuine grievances of the public.
The directions were issued by the court while disposing off a writ petition filed by Jan Kalyan Vikas Manch, Garli, District Kangra last Thursday, regarding directing the authorities concerned to improve the dilapidated conditions of the roads.
The Court maintained that the directions be issued to the authorities in the field to make all possible efforts to redress the genuine and reasonable grievances of the public at large expeditiously, so that they are not compelled or persuaded to approach the Courts for redressal of their grievances, which could be otherwise redressed or solved at the lowest level.

A Division Bench comprising the Acting Chief Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Sandeep Sharma passed these orders on a writ petition filed by Jan Kalyan Vikas Manch through its President Ashok Kumar of VPOGarli, District Kangra.
