The Budget Session of Haryana Assembly concluded amid ruckus on Friday with the opposition seeking CBI probe into
the alleged scam involving the ownership of nearly 464 acres prime land worth over Rs 4,000 Crore at Gwal Pahari village in Gurugram.

During the argument over some clubbed Calling Attention motions moved by the Opposition MLAs, including of the Congress and the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) on the issue, Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader Kiran Choudhry alleging nexus between the BJP leaders bureaucrats and builders, said that in order to give benefits to private players and colonisers, the Gurugram Deputy Collector set aside the mutation that was in favour of Gurugram Municipal
Corporation (GMC).

Coming together to take on the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on the issue, the Congress and the INLD alleged that the Metro Valley Business Park Private Limited and two other companies by using influence have pressurised the government and wrongly mutated the 464 acres of land in favour of the said firms and other people, which legally vested in the name of Gram Panchayat and later on with the MCG.
