Ghanshyam Chand, a senior officer of 2005 HP Administrative Services batch, on Saturday took over the charge of Registrar of Himachal Pradesh University.
Chand has previously held in many important and prestigious portfolios in various departments. He is presently holding the charge of Managing Director, HP Milkfed.
