Delhi witnesses strong surface winds, rain at several places
Several parts in the city also witnessed rain with the strong winds, the regional meteorological centre said in its bulletin.

It was a generally cloudy Thursday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 26.4 degrees Celsius, a notch below the season’s average.
"There will be a generally cloudy sky with moderate light rains likely to occur," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
According to the weather office, humidity at 8.30 am varied from 83 per cent to 97 per cent.

The maximum rainfall recorded for the past 24 hours was 7.4 mm at Safdarjung.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 34 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 27.5 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season’s average while the maximum temperature settled at 35.3 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season’s average.
