Delhi Metro will conduct the “12th Online Customer Satisfaction Survey – 2026” from July 15 (Wednesday) to August 14 (Friday).
“The main objective of the survey is to collect feedback from commuters on various metro services and facilities. Detailed feedback will be obtained from participating commuters on individual topics using a comprehensive questionnaire. The survey will also seek suggestions for improvements, if any,” a DMRC spokesperson said on Monday.
Commuters who wish to participate in the survey can visit the DMRC’s official website www.delhimetrorail.com and submit their inputs by clicking on the given links placed on the home page of the website.
The survey form will be available in both English and Hindi. The survey includes seven topics on which the feedback is sought.
The survey links for all topics will be available on the DMRC’s website for one month only for participants to fill out. The survey will conclude after one month, on August 14 (Friday).
“Commuters will be able to give their feedback on important aspects of Metro functioning such as: Availability and Accessibility; Facilities offered to customers; Information; Quality of Services; Customer Services; Outside Metro Area; and Security, Safety and Comfort,” the spokesperson further said.
Delhi Metro is organising this survey to find out what passengers think of the services provided.
The survey results will help assess and make necessary improvements in various components of Metro facilities and services based on the feedback received.
