As soon as one boards the bus, the card only needs to be tapped on the machine, and the journey is instantly recorded. The entire process is fast, simple, and transparent.
This is a highly convenient facility for the mothers, sisters, and daughters of Delhi. The card is being issued free of cost at various centres across the city. Women can register with just their Aadhaar number and mobile number to obtain the card and avail free travel on DTC buses.
