“The atmosphere of unrest has cropped up in the country ever since BJP has assumed power in the centre,” he alleged.

The Modi government had failed to maintain peace during the Dalit protest on 2 April and BJP was promoting the spread of communal violence in the country, which has threatened the mutual brotherhood, harmony and peaceful environment, he charged.

Congress has invested 70 years and had maintained peace and harmony, which the BJP is trying to distort which has hurt every Congressman, he alleged.

The SC and ST after the decision of the Supreme Court on 20 March is feeling insecure, however, the BJP has not lobbied to keep the SC and ST Act in place which has brought forward the anti-dalit face of BJP, blamed Sukhu.
