Following are the list of 20 AAP MLAs whose disqualifications the Election Commission has recommended.

Kailash Gahlot: He represents the Najafgarh constituency and is currently a cabinet minister in the Arvind Kejriwal government. In 2015 assembly election, Gahlot won the seat by defeating his nearest rival by a margin of 1555 votes.

Alka Lamba: She contested the Chandni Chowk constituency on an AAP ticket. In the 2015 assembly election, she secured 36,756 votes and defeated her nearest rival Suman Kumar Gupta of the BJP by a margin of 18,287 votes.

Sarita Singh: She represents Rohtas Nagar Assembly constituency. In the 2015 assembly elections, Singh won the seat by securing 62,209 votes. Rajesh Rishi: The MLA from Janakpuri, Rishi secured 71,802 votes in the 2015 assembly elections. He defeated his nearest rival Jagdish Mukhi of BJP by a margin of 25,580 votes.

Anil Kumar Bajpai: He represents the Gandhi Nagar constituency and secured 50,946 votes in the 2015 assembly elections. Bajpai defeated his nearest rival Jitender of BJP by margin of 7,482 votes.

Manoj Kumar: The MLA from Kondli constituency, Kumar won the 2015 assembly seat by defeating Hukam Singh of the BJP by 24,759 votes. Kumar secured 63,185 votes in total.

Avtar Singh: Representing the Kalkaji constituency, Singh won the 2015 Delhi assembly election by securing 55,104 votes. He defeated Harmeet Singh Kalka of the BJP by 19,769 votes.

Vijendar Garg Vijay: The MLA from Rajinder Nagar, Vijay won the seat by securing 61,354 votes. He defeated R P Singh of the BJP by 20,051 votes.

Rajesh Gupta: Representing the Wazirpur constituency, Gupta won the seat by securing 61,208 votes.

Sharad Kumar: The MLA from Narela constituency secured 96,143 votes in the 2015 election. He defeated his nearest rival Neel Daman Khatri of the BJP by a margin of 40,292 votes.

Shiv Charan Goel: The MLA from Moti Nagar, Goel secured 60,223 votes in the 2015 assembly election. He defeated his nearest rival Subhash Sachdeva of the BJP by 15,221 votes.

Naresh Yadav: He represents the Mehrauli constituency and defeated BJP’s Sarita Choudhary by a margin of 16,951 votes.

Som Dutt: Representing the Sadar Bazar constituency, Dutt defeated Praveen Kumar Jain by a margin of 16,951 votes.

Praveen Kumar: He represents Jangpura constituency and had defeated BJP’s Maninder Singh Dhir.

Nitin Tyagi: The MLA from Laxmi Nagar constituency won with 58229 votes.

Adarsh Shastri: The Dwarka MLA won by defeating BJP’s Pradyuman Rajput.

Sanjeev Jha: Representing Burari constituency he won by defeating BJP’s Gopal Jha.

Sukhvir Singh: The MLA from Mundka cosntituency won the poll by defeating BJP’s Azad Singh.

Madan Lal: Representing Kasturba Nagar, a constituency he won by defeating Ravinder Choudhry in the 2015 poll.

Jarnail Singh: He was an AAP MLA, who represented Rajouri Garden assembly.
