Mamata reaches Odisha, to meet CM Naveen Patnaik

The Founder’s Day Celebration of Sainik School Bhubaneswar was organised at Biju Patnaik Park today. Lt Gen J K Mohanty, the chief guest was received by Capt (IN) Kanchan Mukherjee, Principal, Sainik School Bhubaneswar in the presence of 600 cadets and staff.
Lt. Gen Mohanty addressed the students and spoke of the reputation of Sainik School cadets as hard working, sincere and dedicated students is well established. He garlanded the statue of late Biju Patnaik, the founder of the Sainik School.
M R Rath, a senior staff member spoke on the contribution of Biju Babu and his association with the Sainik School cadets. The members of Old Boys Association, Air Commodore T K Rath, Capt (IN) S K Pradhan, Maj K K Nayak, Cdr D D Swain and Basab Bhanja witnessed the celebration.
