Manipur gears up for elections amidst chaos
The Congress has, for the first time, dropped its party members for the ticket and roped in a rank outsider.
A powerful bomb exploded on Saturday at the Moreh border town in Manipur, seriously injuring three, police said.
The blast occurred around 2.30 pm in the border town that was rocked by a seies of blasts that killed a woman a few days back.
