The Russia–India Business Dialogue, to be held as part of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2025, is expected to take bilateral trade and economic cooperation to new heights, promote technological collaboration, and encourage joint ventures.
UPITS 2025 will be held at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, on September 26. With Russia as the partner country, the dialogue, scheduled from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, is set to unlock significant new trade opportunities for both Uttar Pradesh and India.
The event will bring together top industrialists, financial institutions, insurance companies, education sector representatives, and policymakers from both countries, creating opportunities to elevate the state’s growth trajectory.
Participation of Russian companies in Uttar Pradesh’s industrial policies and mega projects is expected to generate employment and accelerate development.
Special discussions will focus on sectors such as banking and investment, insurance, education, and general trade.
Officials said the dialogue will not only strengthen economic relations between India and Russia but also benefit industries and businesses in Uttar Pradesh. Discussions will cover technology transfer, capacity building, and new investment models. Experts believe that the partnership between Russia and India will give birth to new opportunities in the fields of education, insurance, and investment.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who has positioned Uttar Pradesh as a global investment hub through transparent policies, ease-of-doing-business reforms, and world-class infrastructure, envisions UP as the top choice for both domestic and international investors. The Russia–India Business Dialogue at UPITS 2025 is being hailed as a milestone toward that goal.
