Parties blame each other for sporadic violence in N Bengal
The Election Commission received over 100 complaints of violence and intimidation from three Lok Sabha segments, Cooch Behar, Alipurduar and Jalpaiguri.
New Delhi, 2 July: India, current Chair of the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation (IOR-ARC) and Mauritius will be co-hosting a trade ministerial level Economic and Business Conference (EBC) on ‘Deepening Economic Linkages for Balanced, Inclusive and Sustainable Growth’ in Mauritius on 4 and 5 July.
The conference is supported by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Ficci).
The Indian delegation will be led by Mr Anand Sharma, minister for commerce and industry, who will be accompanied by a high-powered business delegation comprising Ficci president, Ms Naina Lal Kidwai, and vice president, Ms Jyotsna Suri. SNS
