A new chapter in India’s digital coaching world unfolded recently as the country’s top educators, mentors, and creators came together at the Internet Lifestyle Hub’s (ILH) inaugural Freedom Champions Retreat.
Held at the opulent Leela Palace in Chennai, the retreat offered an unprecedented blend of business strategy and values-driven leadership.
ILH has carved out a space that emphasises community over flash and fanfare. The Freedom Champions Retreat, curated by Siddharth Rajsekar, founder of ILH and India’s leading digital coach, brought together over 400 high-performing coaches who are shaping the future of learning in India.
The two-day gathering was designed as a boardroom-style retreat. Its theme Hyperdrive reflected the intent of the event which is to accelerate growth through systems and execution. Participants engaged in hands-on sessions from live business diagnostics to rapid execution sprints. It even included panel discussions where top coaches shared candid stories.
Siddharth Rajsekar set the tone for the retreat urging attendees to focus on purpose and impact. He said, “This room isn’t about followers or fame. It’s about integrity, mastery, and the difference we create in society.”
The retreat also included a spiritual dimension with guidance from His Holiness Jayapataka Swami, Siddharth’s mentor.
