Hyundai will be hiking the prices of nearly all its models from August 1. The prices will increase by upto Rs 9,200 depending on the model and variant. The Korean carmaker has cited an increase in input costs from the newly implemented safety regulations as the reason for the price hike. Only the recently launched Venue and Kona Electric are exempt from the price hike.
Hyundai currently has 11 models in its Indian lineup. It includes the Santro, Grand i10, Elite i20, Active i20, Xcent, Verna, Elantra, Venue, Creta, Tucson and Kona Electric. Here is the updated price list:
