Foodpanda’s Delivery Partner Network is now 125,000 strong

Foodpanda, one of India’s fastest growing food delivery companies, shared that it has on Wednesday crossed the 125,000 Delivery Partner mark on its platform.

Five weeks ago, Foodpanda had set itself a target of onboarding an additional 60,000 partners across India. With a favourable combination of increased demand on its platform and rapid geographic expansion ahead, this target stands achieved making Foodpanda India’s largest food delivery network, said the company.

Malleswaram Dhananjaya from Bengaluru, Foodpanda’s 125,000th delivery Partner was felicitated during an onboarding session for Delivery Partners on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Pranay Jivrajka, CEO at Foodpanda India said, “Delivery partners are key to our mission of bringing the best food experience from our restaurant partners to our consumers. With India’s largest network of 125,000+ Delivery Partners, we are best positioned to serve a billion Indians!”

Foodpanda now aims to grow its network to 500,000 by 2020.
