Air India signs codeshare accord with largest Japanese carrier
Air India, India’s leading global airline, and All Nippon Airways, the largest Japanese carrier, have signed a codeshare agreement connecting their networks.
Good news for women passengers who frequently fly in Air India’s domestic flights as the national carrier will start seat reservation for women from January 18.
Six seats on every domestic flight of Air India will be reserved for women from January 18, sources said.
The reserve seats will not cost extra charges. The six seats for women will be reserved in the front rows of Air India’s aeroplane fleet for their safety, according to official sources.
