Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be announcing the release date of the results of the UPSC prelims 2018 on its official website upsc.gov.in.

The results were expected to be announced on 15 July but officials said that they will be released today. Last year, the exams were held on 18 June and results were declared on 28 July.

The marks of the examinations will also be declared on the official website of the Press Information Bureau (PIB): pib.nic.in.

Qualified candidates will have to submit their DAF (CSM) online on the official website.

The UPSC prelim examinations were conducted on 3 June. The UPSC Civil Services Main Examination will be held from 28-30 September and 6-7 October.

How to check UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Results 2018:

1. Visit the official websites of UPSC – upsc.gov.in, upsconline.nic.in

2. Find and click on link ‘UPSC Civil Services results 2018’.

3. Enter details such as roll number and name where asked.

4. Download result and take a print out.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam is conducted every year for civil services posts in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS) and other all-India services. The exam is conducted in three stages: preliminary, main and interview.
