The change of command ceremony marked a significant milestone, with Group Captain AL Kishore handing over charge to his successor, Group Captain Upadhyay, following an illustrious tenure. With his extensive experience and proven expertise, Group Captain Upadhyay is well-positioned to lead the organisation and build upon the strong foundation laid by his predecessor.
Commissioned in the Logistics Branch in 2003, Group Captain Upadhyay, is an alumnus of Air force Academy, the Military Institute of Technology, Pune and College of Defence Management. Throughout his career, he served in a wide range of key appointments at operational units, training establishments, Air and Command headquarters.
