Sumit Sarkar, additional general manager of Eastern Railway inspected different stations in Sealdah division today.

Among several other instructions during his inspection, he instructed to construct a toilet at Platform 4 and level the surface of Platform 1 at Belgharia station, increase the number of water coolers and construct a new foot-over bridge, raising of the height of Platform 3 at Madhyamgram station and to construct new lifts at Barasat station.

He also instructed to increase the number of CCTV cameras at all the station premises.
