Following their humiliating loss to arch-rivals India in Manchester, the Pakistan team have been subjected to incessant criticism. Of all, Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed has been the butt of ridicule. Recently, a video surfaced on the social wherein one of the fans has compared Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed to a fat p**.

Sarfaraz was walking in a mall in England with his son in his lap when a fan stopped him and asked why he was like a fat pig. The fan then posted the video on social media.

“Bhai, bhai! aap suwar jaise mote kyun hai bhai? Bade mote ho… Suwar jese mote ho aap, diet kia karo (Brother, brother! Why are you fat like a pig? You are too fat…You are fat like a pig. You start dieting),” said the fan in the video.

Facing a lot of criticism for his comments on Sarfaraz, the fan then uploaded a video where he is seen apologising for his comments on the Pakistan skipper.

However, this is not the first time when the fans have been crass in their selection of words to criticize the Pakistani players. On 16 June, a similar incident happened when photos of Shoaib Malik, his wife Sania Mirza and Wahab Riaz partying started doing the rounds soon after Pakistan’s loss to Virat Kohli and boys. Fans on social media took no time in blasting the three.

The issue caught the attention of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) which had to come out with a clarification that the photos of the players dining and partying till late on the eve of the high-voltage clash were not from the eve of the game.
