My client: Bee Tee Reality (P) Limited, 6, Brabourne Road, 3rd floor, Kolkata-700001.
By three several agreements all dated 4th July, 2009 my client agreed to purchase and the vendor agreed to sell land in Municipal Holding No. 346, Ward No. 19, Mouza: Ariadaha, Kamarhati R.S. Dag No. 3311 & 3312 under R.S. Khatian No. 2726 & 3512 corresponding to C.S. Dag No. 3764 and 3756 C.S. Khatian No. 1675, Touzi No. 26, B-2, J.L. No. 1, R.S. No. 12 within the municipal limit of Ariadaha Kamarhati, P.S.-Belgharia, District-24 Parganas North, A.D.S.R. Cossipore Dum Dum and in terms of the said agreements my client made part payment of the total consideration the said agreements are still valid and subsisting none should therefore deal with the said land which would cause loss injury and prejudice.
