1 Soak a scoop of methi seeds in a bowl of water overnight.

2 Grind them into a paste in the morning.

3 Add apple cider vinegar to the paste and apply on your scalp.

4 Leave it for sometime and rinse it off with plain water.

5 Apply it twice or thrice in a week and see the change.

Methi seeds are also used in treating hair loss. So while shampoo may cause hair fall, applying the methi seeds and apple cider vinegar paste can stop hair fall. It also gives shine to the hair and prevents hair from early sign of ageing and greying.
