The floor price is Rs 558 per equity share at a 6% discount to the close price of Rs 593.20 as on May 22 on NSE.
The Sensitive Index (Sensex) of the BSE, which had closed at 39,502.05 points on Wednesday, opened higher at 39,580.28 points. Minutes into trading, it was quoting at 39,600.35 points, up by 98.30 points, or 0.25 per cent.
The US dollar fell against major global currencies as investors turned their focus to safe-haven currencies amid renewed worries over US-China trade tensions and global economic growth.
The Sensitive Index (Sensex) of the BSE, which had closed at 35,649.94 points on Wednesday, opened higher at 36,002.11 points.

The 30-share index rose 184.98 points, or 0.49 per cent, to hit a new peak of 37,876.87. Market sentiment, however, turned cautious as the index pared gains trading 40.13 points, or 0.11 per cent higher at 37,732.02 at 0950 Hrs.
The BSE Sensex, after resuming higher at 34,443.42, advanced to hit a high of 34,591.81 on buying by domestic institutional investors (DIIs) as well as retail participants. However, investors preferred to lock in gains towards the close of the session, with the benchmark finally ending at 34,331.68, down 63.38 points, or 0.18 per cent.
