Amid ongoing counter-terrorism operations in the Jammu and Kashmir sector, the Indian Army has grounded its fleet of ALH Dhruv choppers in view of the May 4 crash in Kishtwar where one soldier was killed.
This comes after the Indian Army cautioned about several fake videos on the security situation in Manipur being circulated.
The Indian Army further said that all efforts are underway to restore normalcy in Imphal and Churachandpur area.
All three injured personnel have been evacuated to Command Hospital, Udhampur. A Court of Inquiry has been ordered. Further details are being ascertained.
Pilot and co-pilot were rescued with injuries.
