A special general body meeting of the Indian Olympic Association to amend its constitution in accordance with the Olympic Charter and to set in motion the process for the organisation’s fresh elections is likely to be held on 11 July or 12 July in New Delhi.
The International Olympic Committee set a 15 July deadline for amending the IOA constitution so that its elections could be held by 1 September to pave the way for the lifting of the ban on India.
