Chelsea winger Eden Hazard on Friday named Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane as his dream coach, saying: “He was my dream coach and idol.”
“Zinedine Zidane would be a dream to have as a coach,” the 26-year-old Belgian said as quoted by IANS.
“He was my idol when I was little, I have a lot of respect for him,” Hazard added, hailing the 45-year-old French football manager.
Hazard has made 182 made appearances for Chelsea since 2012, though he is unsure about his future in the London-based club. “Of course, I don’t know what will happen in my career in the future, but to play under him would be a dream.”
However, the winger has his ‘focus’ set on bigger goals. “At this time, though, I’m happy at Chelsea. I still have a lot of things to do at Chelsea, and I’m focused on Chelsea,” he added.
