Upbeat to face India in a competitive 16-day tour, New Zealand cricket team arrived in Mumbai on Friday. Their experienced batsman Ross Taylor sounded the team’s arrival through an Instagram post.
“Nice to be back in India. #jetlagged,” Taylor captioned a picturesque image he captured from the window of the Trident Hotel, Mumbai.
India, currently playing Australia in the T20I series, are scheduled to host New Zealand for three ODIs and as many T20Is starting with the 1st ODI, to be held in Mumbai on October 22.
Taylor has played eight international matches in India and scored 382 runs with a century knock. His highest knock in India was 113 runs, which he scored in Bengaluru in 2012.
