The national capital needs the help of its rural neighbours to finally beat its killer smog problem, according to experts.
After a little bit of improvement, the National Capital continued to experience 'very poor' air quality on Tuesday morning, the city with experienced air quality index (AQI) of 323, as per the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR-India).
“Now that the effect of rain is gradually reducing we are increasing this campaign to sprinkle water across Delhi," said Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai.
