While using tea bags in your tea is a costlier yet healthy choice, tea bags can be re-used in many ways. Here are some DIY tips on the art of reusing used tea bags.

Strong flavour: Re-use the tea bags if you want a light tea, or if you want a strong tea, reuse old tea bags along with the new ones while brewing.

Cures bad odour: If you suffer from bad body odour, rub a moist used tea bags under your arms. You can also place used tea bags in the refrigerator to remove bad odour from it. Placing used tea bags in shoes also removes the bad shoe smell.

Treat dark circles: Store the reused tea bags in the refrigerator and place them on your eyes for 15 minutes. Repeat the process for a month and you will be surprised by the results.

Bleeding gums: Place the used tea bags on your bleeding gums for 10 minutes. The process will soothe and heal your bleeding gums.

Heal wounds: When you suffer a cut, just place a wet tea bag on the cut. This will help soothe the pain and the cut marks will fade away soon.

Treats pimples and acne: Clean your face with a mild cleanser and rub a used frozen green tea bag on the acne affected area. Continue the process for about two weeks and see the results.
