Serves: 4; Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Pineapple 1 cup (chopped)
Melon 1 cup (chopped)
Ripe banana ¾ cup (chopped)
Aerated lemon drink 400 ml
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Crushed ice 10 cubes
Pineapple wedges few
Chop all fresh fruits in small pieces.
Blend them to a smooth puree adding sugar, lemon juice and ice cubes in a food processor.
Add enough of any aerated lemon drink (it can be limca) to the pureed fruits in a mixer to thin it down.
Pour into mock tail glasses.
Garnish with pineapple wedges and cherries.
Note: If you find less sugar, you may add powdered sugar and mix it well.
