Congress leader and former state minister Ameeta Singh on Sunday hit out at BJP, saying that good days are hardly visible anywhere in the country.
Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of an event here, Singh said, "Kahin bhi achche din dikhai nahi de rahe hain (Good days are not visible anywhere.)"
Targetting local MLA and UP minister GP Prajapati, she accused him of "anti-people and anti-social activities" and said Congress will not allow anyone to ruin Amethi.
"Prajapati has failed on all fronts," she alleged.
Singh, former Amethi MLA, had lost to Prajapati in the last Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections as a Congress nominee.
On the murder of a scribe in Shahjahanpur, Singh said "nexus of police and politicians" was not good for democracy.
