Rajasthan based self-styled godman had allegedly raped a 21-year-old law student from Chhattisgarh’s Bilaspur.

As per the complaint, the woman and her parents were followers of Falahari Maharaj for the past several years, the police officer said.

The woman was allegedly threatened by the baba not to disclose the incident to anyone, she said.

Earlier, a case was registered against the accused under Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation), the police officer said.
