Balkrishna thrilled on finding rare photograph of old days

Not many old photographs of Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev and his deputy Acharya Balkrishna, of their youth days, are available in public domain. According to Ashram people the duo met in a cave in Gangotri to become lifelong friends.
Baba Ramdev is in Assam these days to conduct Yoga camp. Acharya Balkrishna was thrilled to find an old photograph from a home he visited Nalbari in Assam on Sunday. Terming it a treasure, Balkrishna says, “I had the chance to visit old homes in Nalbari Boroland and we found this piece of heritage.”

The photograph shows Baba Ramdev wearing sunglasses and standing on an attentive position in front of a bus. His close aide also features on the photograph, standing with Acharya Karamveer and Veernath Yogi.

Balkrishna shared the photograph on his twitter account claiming the photograph was taken some 25 year back when they headed for north-east to promote Yoga and do service to the nation.

There are many stories about the early days of Baba Ramdev and his deputy.
