"Also for those who are bitten by bug of film-making…learn how science is essential to this field and while you learn to make a film and win prizes galore (sic)," Naqvi said.
During the course of the festival, organisers will visit 60 schools in the state wherein films based on theme of science will be screened and an interaction held between scientists and students.
Saieesh Gandhi, Secretary, Organising Committee, said several competitions based on theme of science will be conducted and a planetarium will be set up temporally.
