The Kangana Ranaut – Hrithik Roshan feud has gone public since a long time now, and the recent developments have shocked everyone. A new set of e-mails sent by Kangana to Hrithik have been accessed by an entertainment portal. She has allegedly explained why she did not want to be cast opposite Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.

Kangana, who became a brand herself after delivering the hit Queen did not want to get overshadowed by Salman Khan’s fandom in his movie. She was offered the role opposite Salman in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which was later played by Kareena Kapoor as Kangana refused to sign on the dotted line.

Kangana has allegedly written in her mails that most filmmakers advice her against sharing screen space with Salman Khan. She wrote that this would affect her brand image.

In one of her emails dated October 9, 2014, the actress wrote: “You went for Big Boss. That’s great; it’s good to give BB that post-release promotion. I am glad you didn’t meet SK [Salman Khan]. He’s weird. When I said no to that film, he said, ‘Kareena was doing that film, but I gave it to you because it won’t help her, but it can make your career’. My jaw dropped. Is he crazy? Kareena’s role in Bajrangi Bhaijaan will make my career? Which world does he live in? Which of his heroine’s career is made?”

Kangana had apparently mentioned about herself not wanting to be Salman’s Katrina, who is a perfect actress material with her mouth shut on screen. She had written, “He used to make fun of me. Once he told me, why do you act so much? People like you end up nowhere. Look at Katrina, she is the perfect actress material; looks good and keeps her mouth shut. I told him he is very 19th-century, and I am not interested in becoming Katrina or Salman. He got pissed and started abusing me. After that we didn’t see his face for two years. He called, messaged, but I never replied. Then he called me for is birthday, I told you about that time I saw him for five minutes.”

On the other hand Kangana’s sister and manager Rangoli has vented out her anger at Hrithik through a series of tweets. She has also stated that Hrithik came clean through the forensic department after his laptop got scanned by them, but she questioned about his I pad not being checked. She also posted a picture of an email, which was sent from Hrithik’s I Pad. Rangoli wrote, “Postin d mail frm Hrithik 2Kangna here nt fr petty gosip bt 2 shw dat he usd I pad fr comunicatin wid hr Nt d laptop.”

While most Bollywood celebrities have come out in support of Hritik, let’s see if Kangana retaliates to it or not.
