Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay has said that Aam Aadmi Party government has totally failed to solve water and power crisis in Delhi.

"Kejriwal government made no effort to ensure augmentation of electricity infrastructure nor did it do any check on Power discoms to ensure a summer plan for purchase of electricity especially during peak hours," said Upadhyay.

He said that the government failed to make any summer plan to ensure proper water distribution in all areas. It is a matter of shame that Delhi’s rural areas specially beyond Najafgarh and Narela are facing no water supply situation for last over one month and the water minister, Kapil Mishra, instead of finding solution is busy doing politics on it by passing buck on BJP like he did yesterday at Ghumanhera.

It seems Kapil Mishra has a BJP Phobia. Upadhyay also hit out at Congress with saying that party ‘Mashal demonstration’ is nothing but an event to celebrate Rahul Gandhi’s introduction to Delhi’s civic politics.

"With Congress totally knocked out of national political arena it seems Gandhi has an eye on the post of leader of the opposition in one of the three civic bodies of Delhi," he said.
