Himachal Pradesh Youth Congress president Vikramaditya Singh on Thursday lambasted BJP leaders for trying to destabilise the political and social scenario in the state.

“The Opposition party is also trying to mar the law and order of the state and gain political mileage from the unfortunate Gudia incident,” he said. He said that the BJP leaders lust for power has spoiled the congenial atmosphere of the state.

The Youth Congress president said that the BJP leaders should also do some introspection on deteriorating law and order situation in neighbouring states of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. He said that they should ask for resignation of Manohar Lal Khattar on deteriorating law and order situation in Haryana.

He said that the fact was that the BJP leaders are giving full support in patronage to so called religious leaders. He said that the recent deaths of infants in Uttar Pradesh have disturbed each and every sensitive person, but BJP leaders have become mute spectators.

Singh said that the hullaballoo being created by the BJP leaders in Gudia episode was a political stunt as the CBI was investigating the case and the culprit would be punished, howsoever influential they may be.
