Cold weather continues to grip Delhi, minimum temperature at 7 degrees
Owing to visibility woes, several flights were reportedly delayed at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport on Sunday.
It was a misty Monday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 9.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season’s average. The Met has forecast a clear day ahead.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 24 degrees Celsius.
“The sky will remain mainly clear during the day with mist in the morning,” an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.

At least 12 trains were cancelled and 15 were delayed due to fog in several parts of northern India.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 69 per cent and visibility stood at 2,500 metres.
Sunday’s minimum temperature was recorded at 7.8 degrees Celsius, season’s average while the maximum temperature settled at 23.6 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season’s average.
