Former Uttarakhand Congress president Kishore Upadhyaya has provided clarification on his social media post against ex-Chief Minister Harish Rawat. Claiming that a section of people has starting hitting him on social media, he even offered for deleting the post. Even by providing clarification, the ex-state Congress exposed the infighting among party leaders.

Kishore Upadhyaya says, “A section of people have launched attack on me after I post a write up of journalist Yogesh Bhatt on my face book account. I was attacked in Ramnagar, Delhi and other places.”

Making another sharp attack on his critics, Kishore adds, “But if they feel that I have cased damage to society, Uttarakhand or Congress, I am willing to delete the post. Waiting for you guidance.”

Kishore created an uproar by using the post lashing Harish Rawat. Rather than sharing through the actual source, the ex-Uttarakhand Congress president used the text directly on his social media account to make it appear that he has written the post. But by using the post, Kishore has highlighted his bad relationship with Harish Rawat. Upadhyaya was considered a Rawat supporter, but it appears now both have decided to part ways.

Kishore used a post lashing Harish Rawat for showing concern about his ancestral village Mohanari, located in district Almora, and expressing pain over mass metrication taking place. Though the supporters of Harish Rawat have turned aggressive, but the ex-CM has so far maintained a silence on the controversial post.
