“During 2012 assembly polls too, BJP had launched a malicious and false campaign against the party but had failed miserably. The people of Himachal Pradesh are well aware of the facts and they would give befitting reply to such mischievous allegations,” they said.

They said the party leaders attack CM Virbhadra Singh just ahead of polls as they knew that they won’t be able to win polls against such charismatic and mass leader.

They credited the unprecedented development of the state to the leadership provided by successive Congress governments at the Centre and the state.

“Congress government has launched various schemes for all round development of the state and people of the state knew that all the allegations leveled by BJP leaders are false and baseless,” they said.
