Tata Housing takes the wait out for moving into a home through this exclusive scheme. Homeowners now have the option of moving in immediately by paying only 20% of the cost of the apartment and pay the balance amount after 2 years.

The scheme for Onam encourages potential homebuyers to move in to your dream home by paying only 20% of the value of the apartment. The offer allows the homebuyer to defer the payment of the rest of the amount after two years and live in their owned apartment from day one of purchase.”
This scheme comes soon after a nationwide campaign by the company called ‘Move In India’ – a scheme that allows investors to rent out their apartments while Tata Housing provides them with assured rental income for 24 months, across seven of their projects. The scheme launched during Onam in select markets will provide an additional benefit not only for end-users but also for those seeking to invest in property.
