Despite suffering record losses after its Galaxy Note7 crashed worldwide Samsung is unfettered and will release its next phone the Galaxy On Nxt onnbsp;October 20nbsp;in India and the entry-level smartphone will be exclusively available on an Indian e-commerce website.

With a1.6 GHZ octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM 4G and VOLTE activation the Nxt has the specifications of a mid-range smartphone.

In two teaser videos uploaded on the company’s official Twitter handle announced that the Nxt will have a lsquo;full metal unibodyrsquo; and that is lsquo;all the design you need.rsquo;nbsp;

The Korean smartphone giants confirmed that the phone will have the S-bike mode and ultra data saving UDS features which are in line with their lsquo;Make for Indiarsquo; initiatives.

The Nxt sports a 13MP main snapper and has internal storage of 16GB which is expandable of 128GB and a 3300 mAh battery that should last a whole day.

As of now there are no details about what OS it will be functioning on and what kind of lsquo;selfiersquo; camera the Nxt is on board.

Whether Samsung is able to capitalise on the Diwali season with their latest offering remains to be seen as it is difficult to predict what comes next.
