All is well that ends well but the saying went contrary in Mr Sudarshan Mahato&’s case. He was suspended from his service a couple of days before his retirement.
Mr Sudarshan Mahato, the range officer of Kashipur range was to retire on 31st August 2013.
Before his retirement it was found that around 35 transit permits which he was supposed to take care are missing from his custody. The matter was immediately brought to the notice of the Divisional Forest Officer, Kangsabati North Division Purulia, Dr Soma Das and after primary
investigation and interrogation
Mr Mahato was suspended couple of days before his retirement due to mishandling of important official papers.
Mr Sudarshan Mahato denied to make any comment over the suspension issue.
